A Method of Entropy Weight Quantitative Risk Assessment for the Safety and Security Integration of a Typical Industrial Control System

Aiming at the risk assessment requirements of typical industrial control systems with integrated architecture security and safety, we propose an objective quantitative safety scheme based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). First, establish a (SSI) for measures into failure modes. On this basis, hierarchical model SSI mode as element evaluation layer, then standardize characteristic values various safety-related heterogeneous index parameters. We design entropy weight method that uses Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) to modify correlation multiple indicators parameter strategy determining relative importance layer use membership function fuzzy statistical obtain degree elements, finally level value equipment system by comprehensive evaluation. Based distributed system, build experimental platform test verify plan, compared expert experience method. The result shows takes account between which measure is used evaluate can overcome subjectivity uncertainty individual judgment. Furthermore, completed using in case without prior knowledge, idea has wide range engineering value.
